Great helmet!

This is a great helmet. It is well vented and fit me just great! Even on hot days once I got moving I cooled off and often closed the front vent, in cooler weather. If you want a well priced, well vented helmet this is a great choice for you!

Sturdy, comfortable, and very appealing

I purchased two of these helmets now (one will serve for night-riding), and I love them. The helmet fits with a very snug, but comfortable feel, and the weight of the helmet is not enough to make me feel like I have added a significant amount of weight to my head. The visor offers a wonderful field of vision, and there is plenty of ventilation to keep you cool and comfortable on hot days.

I don't really think the operable vents do very much, but I don't really find them necessary anyway.

The only thing I can't critique at this time (knock on wood) is its ability to protect me in a crash. It's DOT rated... so it must do the job! Here's hoping we never have to find out!

Would have been nice

The helmet itself seemed to be of good materials. It was soft and the general fit was good. The finish was also nice. However, after a short amount of time with it on I found it to be uncomfortable. Upon closer inspection I found it was poorly assembled. The cheek pads on one side weren't mounted correctly, in that it was too far forward. It overlapped the front padding (across the face). This caused the cheek pad to push in too much on that side, applying uncomfortable pressure. Seems like quality materials, but could use better workmanship.
