New Helmet for my Old Head

I know a lot of people who ride Harleys like to wear as little helmet as possible. But I like my face, and I want to keep it looking the way it does now.

The reason I got the helmet is because half-helmets were really starting to hurt my ears on the highway in the wind. I ruptured my ear drum over the summer, and the loud wind would make it hurt and overall just wasn't very fun. So I picked out this helmet in a store, thought it was overpriced and decided to get it on Amazon for $30 less.

I ordered it on a Monday, and received it on Thursday. Awesome. Second, the thing is really nice and really comfy. I've never ridden with a full helmet on so I wasn't sure I'd like it, but it's amazing. No wind in my ears. Other than that, the sound isn't muffled at all. I can hear the engine and everything around me, just no wind tunnel effect.

The only thing I didn't like is that when I stopped at a light I noticed that the visor creates some s ort of optical illusion that makes the road immediately in front of me look sloped when it is not. It's hard to explain and really isn't a big problem. Just strange.

Couldn't ask for a better helmet

I needed a starter helmet to use for autocross and karking. I am so pleased with this purchase. The fit is perfect and is very comfortable.

Good helmet

Form the price it has a lot of value in that it looks good, little to no wind noise. The shield does fog up when at a red light but that's pretty normal. Doest fit like an Aria but it doesn't cost $550 either.
